Reviewing The Third Quarter

Once again joining my own link-up party at the last minute. I had so hoped to also finish the Ombre Gems blog post before posting this… but no new pictures due to lighting yet…

Progress & Finishes

Last time, I told you I was sending EADS and Tambo Star to the longarmer. In the end, I decided to finish up the Ombre Gems quilt and send that instead. It is bigger than my newly decided EADS size, and for this and Tambo Star I wanted complicated quilting designs I could not do on my own. For EADS, on the other hand, I am totally fine with a simple straight-line finish ;)

So those are the two finishes of the WIP list for this quarter

I also made a bit of progress on the Cabin Flower quilt. Slowly working on finishing more blocks. It is the current quilt on the design wall, and visibility always helps!

> This is more on pause than active, but trying.

Having two so lovely finishes – if I dare say so myself – was such an amazing feeling. I also did most of the organizing needed for the Adventskalender Swap. My next goal is to work on all things Twinkling Triangles (WIP project and pattern) because that will decide the Mystery Sew Along.
